Special Education Teacher:
1st Cerebral Palsy of NJ is seeking a team oriented special education teacher for our private school for children with multiple disabilities. Classroom of students ages 18-21. Candidate should have experience with students with multiple disabilities and the ability to differentiate instruction. Experience working with Transition age students also preferred. Part Time Social Worker for Adult Day Health Services
The Social Worker shall conduct assessments and integrate those findings into the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.  The Social Worker shall conduct home visits, accessibility evaluations, and coordinate community programs and services.  The Social Worker shall meet with the Nurse, Coordinator, Administrator and other disciplinary team members to ensure coordination and continuity of care.  Meet with all ADHS staff person(s) no less than twice monthly to address issues, provide clients updates and to increase knowledge of inspecting agency requirements.  State of New Jersey LSW,CSW or equivalent required.

Skill Instructor for Residential Program

1st Cerebral Palsy of NJ is seeking part time and per diem skill instructors for our residential program. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid NJ drivers license. Must complete training classes as required by 1st Cerebral Palsy of NJ and DDD. Some Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with adult consumers in a group home setting, assisting adults with daily care needs, enhancing consumers self-sufficiency, carry out in house and out of house group activities, accompany consumers to various medical appointments, and ensure the safety of consumers.
